MY Bokitta strives to deliver bokitta products to our customers’ expectation and satisfaction. We however, do not provide refunds.
However if a buyer is dissatisfied with her/his purchases which are caused by defects in the material or have received the wrong items, the buyer may return the item/s to us in an unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
NOTE: All items on sale are not returnable.
A product/s can only be exchanged for another product/s within 7 days of the date of purchase. The buyer must contact us with the intention of returning the goods within 24 hours upon receiving the said goods.
If the exchanged product/s is of a higher value the buyer will have to pay the difference. We will not refund the difference if the exchanged product is of a lower value.
Buyer will bear her/his own costs of delivery, returns and taxes if applicable.
Any product/s to be exchanged is subject to availability.
